Dear Mr. Lavin,
We just wanted to thank you again for the incredible three day
turn-around time on the apparel for the 2001 Oakland Raiders
AFC Championship game. I don't know how you do it. Thank you!
Your greatest feat though was when the 2000 Oakland A's won the
West Division title on Sunday night and we placed the order Monday
morning for all new uniforms for our staff. The New York Yankees
were coming in to town for the game Tuesday night and you turned
around product in less than 30 hours. That was truly amazing!
No one thought you were actually going to pull it off, but you
did, AGAIN!

Your customer service, quality of product and pricing are the
best I have ever seen.
